I think when stars die they kind of disinegrate. It probably just died, linkias don't usually survive long in a home aquarium.

Just call and ask. I would think they would cover you for damages but I don't think they will cover any live creatures.

You have nothing to lose if you are battaling ich everytime you ad new fish. Run it inline with your return pump. Sfest had a good suggestion about running it only when you add new fish. good luck.

I just transfered a 65g into a 125. I had no problems and haven't lost anything. Don't re-use all of your old substrate as stated above. It will seed quickly. Your fish will probably sterss a little...

there is a real nice lfs called salt water paradise in tonowanda. It will be about a 16-18 hour round trip for you to visit though.

Tank over heated. Lost one fish and most corals. A chiller would have kept this from happening. Now my tank is in the basement / first floor of my new house. It stays cool down there year round.

I don't think I have ever paid more than $50 for any of my fish. I currently have a blue and sailfin tang, and a yellow goby.

captain bucket - that fish is nice and will be huge in no time
