I am using 8 bulbs. I have 3 blue 1 true actinic and 4 10000k. The color is great all of the time. I would suggest a similiar setup.

Try clamping it to a table edge with a 2x4 on top. Then snap it. This reduces the flex.

I have tried MAPP to bend and polish and it burns too hot. I get bubbling every time. I like to take it a bit slower and use propane.

Look in Home Depot where they sell rubber tubing. It usually is mixed in with that. Most of the employees do not know what it is or what you can use it for.

Do you have the XRP? Those battery packs cost more to rebuild 2 14.4 for 99.99 at Batteries Plus, also the batteries plus here does not rebuild the 18v.
