for the most part i've been feeding hermits, and a snail. a couple of times i fed krill but i have yet to use the selcon (its being shipped). i will definitely soak all frozens in it though.

update!!
I have the tank set-up with live sand and sea water. I didnt end up using my buddies water because some of his fish had died from some sort of disease so i just opted to use NSW.
