As others have said, sohal tangs are very aggresive anyway. I'm really surprised you have gotten that fish to not bother the other tankmates being a 72 gallon and a 6" sohal at that. I think usually...

If zoas are like a palythoa, they will close up and eat, right? Their mouth is in the middle? The zoa probably closed up and ate the pod. Pods are good things for the tank. A sign of a lot of pods is...

Tunze nano stream 6045

Anyone use these? Do you like them? I would go for the 6101's and a controller, but they are so expensive. Do the 6045's operate nicely and really push out 1200 gph with 7 watts?

Thanks.

I wouldn't put one in a 37 gallon and leave him for two years. That would act more like his QT.

I know Roger from Tunze said the wavemaster or whatever it is called from Red Sea I think, that controller switches way too fast and will wreck the pumps and void warranty. Best bet would be to ask...

250w DE 14k phoenix bulbs give the corals nice color. The 400w 20k XM does look really nice though. If I had a more cube tank, I would go with 1 of those instead of 250w because that bulb looks real...
