I'm going to be starting a nano 24g tank soon.
question....If I start up the tank with live rock, live sand and change 10% water weekly, do I/ should I have to cure/cycle the tank before stocking...

if you are starting a DSB.. IMO... start a...
if you are starting a DSB..
IMO...
start a new one and use some old sand to seed your new DSB...If you "carry over" the complete DSB from your old system it might contain some negative detrius....
