either way you choose, i would suggest one fan pulling in air, one pushing out air on the opposit end of the hood...

I agree with bertoni 100%, i have used Tech-M for over 3 years and never had any problems.
though i have never heard of two strengths of Tech-M, i use the one gallon container premixed....
