Everywhere I asked, the opinion goes with icecap. It's good to hear that the 220V 400W icecap ballast are reliable.

I tried to source for some OEM eballast locally...

400W MH ballast, Icecap or coralvue

Changing from 250W magnetic to 400W eballast. However could not decide between the icecap or coralvue.

Will be using the BLV/Ushio 14kk bulbs.

Any suggestions?

RO doesn't remove PO4 but a non-exhausted DI...

RO doesn't remove PO4 but a non-exhausted DI resin will remove PO4.

Another thing to take note of is that PO4 does not register any TDS so having 0ppm TDS does not meant the water is free from PO4.
