I have 2 of them and they work perfect and for awhile. I did add clamps just to make sure they would not leak. For a 30 peace of equipment they are great.

Yes its fine your fish will get used to it. I have 3 6000 and 6025 in my 90. Once in awhile they get caught when it pulses to high. For the most part tho they all swim in just fine.

Just give them some time they dont mind the flow as if it is to much they will stay out in a calmer area but still in the open.

Yes just take him out scrub and put back in the tank. It should only take you a couple of minutes which he should handle just fine.
