I think you should have increased your drip rate...

I think you should have increased your drip rate sooner. 1-2 drops per second didn't allow enough bacteria to grow over the 2 month period. Now you tripled the rate and there aren't enough bacteria...

Well I used 1/2 inch iron pipe, and bolted it to the back of the stand with u-hooks. Plenty strong, it holds a Current Outer Orbit fixture no problem.

You can retro-fit the fixture, add 2 T5s and ditch the PC. 150 watt halides are kind of weak for a 90 IMO.
