AquaController Jr does not communicate with the American DJ power strip. It is not a replacement for the DC4 or the DC8 (Which are capable of communicating with the AC Jr. via a RJ 11 phone cable)....

I would think that as long as the upstairs outlet, near the tank, are on the same phase (in your breaker box) as the AC Jr's powerline interface module you shouldn't have a problem installing AM466...

That's to say if you have a four way than you just run four runs of pvc to your tank....

I have the same transparant reinforced PVC and plan to glue it to the fittings with PVC...
