I would recomend putting the water in first but make sure and acount for the lost volume because of the addition of LS and LR so fill it maybe 3/4 of the way and make sure you have the water at teh...

I just bought 3 400 watt MH ballasts and am wondering if I would get better quality light or spectrum by wiring them at 220v instead of 110v ? I will be using 6500k Iwasaki bulbs. Thanks
