being only 5 dollars i dont think it is a yuma or ric i could be wrong low flow and moderate light and it will thrive once you have one in time you will have them every were i started with 3 purple...

so what is the point in the U on the pvc style i just have about 1in of pipe under water and as long as there is water above it no problems as well as this alows it to stop so that it dont over flow...

so is there such a thing as having to much lr in a tank that will slow down the flow the reason i ask is i have over a 100lbs in my 75 there is plenty of room for the fish to swim in the front but...

when i got mine i had the smae problem then i did...
when i got mine i had the smae problem then i did some pluming on the out put and just used 1 1/2" pipe and were it whent into the tank i put a power head filter over it and capped the bottom off...

well this is for a modified hob (hang on back filter) that i turned into an overflow and no i dont use gravity the hob has a pump of its own that keeps it full of water but in a way i do use...
