I cut acrylic sheet for sump baffles on a standard table saw blade. IIRC it was only 3/16" or 1/4" acrylic and I got a pretty rough cut. It worked for baffles but probably not what you are looking...

Thanks Nick. For $6 I'll probably just buy one myself. The acrylic-specific hole saws go for a lot more; I couldn't see spending >$25 for one hole!

I really think it's dependent on the rest of the sump design. I just pulled my baffles out of my sump because there were no bubbles to trap, and the baffles were using up valuable space.
