Totally missed the Pro part. I just looked it up and for the price of the light plus new bulbs you can get a nicer Tek or Aquactinics for basically the same price.

Nope I haven't measured the actual GPH. I would measure it, but everything is hard plumbed, which makes it hard to get a jug underneath the drain.

Using the head calculator it comes out to 675GPH....
