i also have two needle wheel ones that came with the skimmers. not sure of model, but one on each octo rps-3000. i have no problem with it. if anything it help add more air into the skimmer.

my friend is looking for any glass or acrylic tank to use as a sump.
footprint needs to be smaller than 34" x 20" no taller than 24. also looking for any small acrylic tanks for a refug.

i used the gray cement (cant find the white stuff), crush coral, rubble broken from live rocks, dried out live sand, oyster...

any negative experience or downfall with ozones? I finally got mine up and my tank is crystal clear. looks like it takes the yellow and small particles out of the water. the water almost seem blue....

make sure you have more than 6 ppl helping and a few funiture dollies. i've moved a 600 twice and a 450 once, its much heavier than it...
