"Cubes" look cool, but I agree, a frag tank should be shallow and well lit, good flow, and easy access. A 20L with the end sectioned off for filtration would probably be cheaper and easier.

The smallest chip of paint will eventually result in rust, and a rusty stand will ultimately be a mess.
