Just a point of order though : The tanks are not to shallow for 400 watters and sps, I have used them before( same tanks), you can raise/lower the hieght as the bulb...

look into a Bosh residential (tankless) water heater with a titanium exchanger for your needs. About $300-400 I think....not sure if they will work ..so you have to study them....or just buy any...
