cubuffs - Yes, I also thought that our artificial lighting is a small fraction to sunlight. So my 250 watt MH is not as intense when compared to corals that receive natural light in deep water.

Thanks guys. Yes, you are viewing the live tank - not pre-recorded. I don't know how the program deal with multiple viewers. I suppose only one person gets to control the camera at any given time....
