Leave it at the fish store... find a store that tells you the truth about the fish and support them by buying a ray from them even if its a bit more expensive.

This is exactly why we need regulations on fish retailers. Just like getting scuba certified, retailers would have to get "fish certified" that way, the corporations wouldn't be able to sell live...
