Check that your venturi intake hasn't become...
Check that your venturi intake hasn't become blocked with salt.
If so, you can run a little warm RO/ DI water into the air intake tube to clear it out.

It looks like your pump is going to have a load of head to overcome just to push water through the skimmer, which will definitely reduce it's...
