I can tell you from exsperience that the T5's...
I can tell you from exsperience that the T5's won't reach the depths of the water enough for the 375. You will need the MH's for that if you plan on keeping corals..Fish only you say? well then T5's...

I can tell you if your just wanting to add a few corals to acquire a reef look.without all the trouble..Then try the common..Mushrooms. They come in all sorts of different looks and colors and breed...

Just make sure you lay the power head down on the substrate (Turned off) and he will release himself..My Sebae had been stuck 3 or 4 time over the years..Don't stress him anymore by man handling him.

LOL..no need to worry..dusters are sensitive to movement,,and any shawdos..they will do that even when you walk by the tank.. and putting them in the sand is the best bet.

I have to agree,,it sounds like you need more oxygen in your tank:.. Make sure your powerhead is making the surface of the water ripple..If you don't have a skimmer: which keeps your oxygen level...
