I dont think VHO`s and PC`s are sufficient for SPS corals.T`5 will work though.May want to upgrade to t5`s or MH`s to keep SPS.

After the pvc solvent dries it is reef safe.You can install pvc couplers to the intake and output to make it easy to remove for cleaning.Just make sure you add ball valves to turn off any flow.

If You can afford it why not.If You have the funds to finance what You need for it.It will cost a LOT more to setup than a small tank.Large tanks are easier to keep stable than nanos IMO.
