reduced quality in jpg (need help)

So I recently took some shot in RAW - adjusted them in photoshop and "saved for web & devise" in jpg. The quality is greatly reduced and the colors just seem dull. I host my images on photobucket...

First, I would properly acclimate the fish to any salinity that you have your QT set...
