I think he may have a parasite from when I bought him. He keeps thrashing about like he has an itch or something. Nothing visible and he eats fine. Is there anything I should, or can do?

Nope died a week or two ago. Survived the molt and died 3 days later with no apparent reason. Ate saturday and dead on sunday morning

He has found a home in a PVC burrow. Spends maybe 30% of his time there.
Still incredibly active and kills damsels daily. I feel a bit bad for them as they swim...

Not that I disagree, but I have 2x24 watt t5 24 inch bulbs on a 24 inch deep tank. I have one actinic and anther 14k. Are you saying go with a normal actinic flourescent?
