I love my Tunze and I run a DIY kalk reactor between pump and tank. It keeps my water level perfect. Like said above the only thing is cleaning off the sensor two or three times a year.

If you have a auto top off to keep your water leval consistant for your skimmer and dont have micro bubble problems there is no issue. I did not put baffles in my sump and I am kicking myself now...
