Yes there is, it is called the Dwarf Golden Moray (Gymnothorax melatremus).
They can be kind of hard to obtain and cost a decent amount of money, ranging from 200$+

OK so, i know that higher par help for corals to grow.
and that lower kelvin bulbs like 10k help with growth. but is this because they just tend to put out more par?
