After leaving a fish trap in the tank and not feeding for 4 days, I still could not entice a bully fish to enter the trap. So this setup was used...it only took 5 minutes....

The tips will eventually die from the light exposure and being out of water. And the coral will start to grow sideways and form a canopy. Not good becuase it'll cut off the light supply to the rest...
