I would first ask if you quarantined the caulerpa or algae you put in the refuge? I have gotten some nasty stuff in the past from contaminated caulerpa, so now I always quarantine it for at the bare...

I have physically seen RODI water come out with PO4 in it and a TDS of 0. Albeit low, it was still a reading. Of course this was with a brand new RODI unit. I didn't think it could happen.
