OK Insane, for the cooker lid a hollow threaded tube like the ones used in light fixtures should work. Drill a hole in the lid, then screw a nut on both sides of the lid. Cheap and readily available....

Insane, I don't see why you need a pressure cooker. It seems to me that any pot with a good lid with a nipple, or small pipe, added to the lid would work.
