Really? I guess i thought with that more intense light, there would be an acclimation, for the corals and fish. I dont want to burn anything.

New MH's

We are changing over our lights from 2 500 watt 6500 K and 2 65 watt 10000 k and 2 65 watt actinic, to 2 20000 MH's .
The old bulbs are about 12 inches from the waters surface.

It comes with new 20K bulbs. But the supplier did say that it is an "m59 ballast with a universal burning bulb"

Soiunds like pods, very beneficial to your tank. There are some fish that only eat pods. Mandarins, scooters.
