Good luck Indy, it seems like you do want a more of a blue look than the AB 10ks would give you, although they are not your typical 10k bulb.

Those of us with 24" tanks...

I just bought one from my lfs at a discount and it has made a difference in the algae in my 65 in just 4 days. Ive had to clean the glass of the tank less. I use a Rio 150 pump with it.

If there is a bubble/button looking piece on one side of the bulb, make sure it is facing up. That can make a difference in color if one bulb has the button facing up and the other is down.
