I have several of them for the past few years... some are 3-4" and I have one that's about 8". I think it's a great fish. They are have a stripe when they are small and then changes over to a "tiger"...

They seem to do well in almost any lighting. I've also gotten some from Dr. Foster and Smith and have them in a tank with 250MH lighting.. some near top with SPS and some at the bottom almost shaded....
