Well, all of my fish have died during the past...

Well, all of my fish have died during the past week.
Thamks again to everybody for the help.
I've pretty much broken down the tank, and i'm starting over.
I'll let everyone know how things go.

I received a porcupine puffer from a friend about a month ago.
QT'ed it for about 3 weeks, it looked fine to me.
Also my friend's tank shows no signs of any problems.
