The anemone sits about 12" under water directly under one of the bulbs.
With a 20 gallon you could do one 150 watt mh.
A bank of T5's or pc's would...

I have a 46 gallon and run two of the number 3's in it and I could even use a little bit more flow.
In a 75 gallon I would not even consider the 3's.....go with two, even three #4's.

I would pull it out.....it won't survive long with the conditions we keep our tanks at.
Temp too high, sand bed too shallow and more than likely nutrients too low.
