For Vitamins I use VitaChem and the H2O Life line. I really haven't gotten too deep in researching what vitamins are most important to fish yet.

How about just feeding them nori? I would bet the alternative people foods probably wreak havoc on their digestive systems. I feed my fish vitamin enriched nori every day.

yeah I can't grow ricordia either. too bad because i love them, but well, that's the way my system is designed. I never thought I would fall in love with them or zoanthids when I built it.

I think he is referring to the pre-mount dipping that many people do, not the in-tank treatment. I use Interceptor before my corals get into my main system.
