the bottom coral is a blasto. Its pretty easy to keep and gets nice color. Moderate light and low flow, one of my favorites. They are usually pricey so pick it up for cheap since he has no clue.

Hey guys, got a coral at work today that I am not really familiar with. It was mislabeled on the invoice from the wholesaler as a red pavona (wrong) but the bag itself was labeled as a capircornis....

yea, corals really do go absolutely nuts for cyclopese. I do find that the powdered stuff tends to float while the frozen does not.

I hadn't thought about the heat the chiller itself would make, but its in a large living room that runs into a dining room and kitchen with no walls, so that should be ok.

No, i don't have a fan going but i already have very high evaporation and that would only worsen it. The cost is kinda high, but atleast its something I won't have to worry about once its done.

Just recently got a 48 inch Outer Orbit 2-250w HQI fixture with 4 54w T5s. Its just awesome. But the heat I am now getting is not. I have a 90g reef and I was going to pick up an 1/8 hp Teco chiller....
