The back lining is cut off...the back of the tank...
The back lining is cut off...the back of the tank is covered with a sticky vinyl paper. Cut it off and it exposes the middle chamber. SH

It's been running on mine for over 2 years...
It's been running on mine for over 2 years without incident. Was easy to DIY and saved a lot of drilling, etc.

My 24G NC runs at 81.5-82.7 degrees for over a year now. Average ocean temps in the Carribbean are 83 degrees. A tank temp of 80 degress is not an issue in my books. SH
