I have a tiger, the Randalls stay much smaller, mine is around 2 .5 inch body, about 5 inches with the antennae, you may be lucky to get two inches total out of a Randall. Depends on what you want.

Mushrooms would be perfectly fine with that light, pretty much it. Mechanical filtration isn't even necessary in a saltwater tank, so don't get off calling it inadequate when it isn't even necessary...
