The real problem is bonding the acrylic to the glass. Acrylic solvents won't work on the glass and silicone won't bond well to acrylic.

you cannot glue acrylic to glass. the best you can do is silicone the baffles in place. silicone doesn't stick to acrylic that well, but it should be okay for baffles.
