I keep some in a tank at work. It will encrust other corals, rocks or anything it touches. Nice coral just keep an eye on where it's spreading or it will turn into a issue. Can turn into a "weed"...

This pump will not run, let alone suck in air. Even if the pump is removed from the skimmer, flooded with water and plugged in it still won't run. It just vibrates...

... Has anyone else using an octopus 150 (2000 pump) recirc. skimmer had problems with their pumps not turning over when pugged in. I just got one a month ago and it hasn't once started on it's own...

I've sent and received large euphyllia before and they have never seemed to ship well. Most of the time the water fouls quickly. Not sure why, might be the tissue...
