The hair algae might be too long for snail to munch on. Try ripping it out at the base that will make it short enough for the little guys to get on it

It does look like she has a clutch full of eggs underneath her carapace. Pom pom crab eggs are reddish in color. Good luck and I hope you are able to see the larval. stage.

I am fairly sure that Aeolidella stephanieae will only eat Aptasia. I have never heard of them eating anything else and while doing some breeding of these guys I offered them an assortment of food...

As far as I know peppermints are great for smaller aiptasia but they wont go for the bigger ones. You might want to try Kalk injections for the bigger ones.
