Here is what I would do... I'd just make sure...
Here is what I would do... I'd just make sure he's eatting well, and if so feed him a lot of mysis and veggie flake soaked in selcon! I think that will help with getting rid of it pretty quick!

I have a few fish in my 120... one is a yellow tang and the other is a Tomini Tang.... the yellow tang had ick... then went away and I got a Tomini and put in there and now BOTH of the tangs have...

Well, he is only falling a few inches if that... its on a bottom sand rock.... and the small rock is what I was thinking too... wedge or epoxy a rock in that area and get it to attach!

Well... I tried that and that didnt work, so I even tried a little gel glue on the shell to hold him and it worked for about 3 days and this AM he was laying on the bottom again!
