As long as the retun area isn't toooo small it sounds good. My return is half of a 20 gallon, and wish it was bigger. The water level drops to fast for my liking.

Notice a parrallel of keeping an aquarium with writing? In writing it is all about that first sentence. Once that is out of the way, the rest of the paper flows. I'm the same way with my aquarium....
