Skimmer help

I just bought an Octopus nw150 today and was wondering if you have to punch a hole into the rubber washer where the air hose hooks into on the pump. It goes in an L direction into a rubber washer...

Skimmer recommendations

I want to get a good skimmer for my 65 gallon reef tank but I have limited sump space. I have about $300 to spend on one but I dont want to blow it all on a skimmer that isnt worth it or is overkill...

Is Octopus American made?

I was wondering if Octopus skimmers were made in the U.S, they have a somewhat cheaper price than other comparable skimmers.

This is off the subject but I was wondering if a mag drive 9 as in 950gph is too much for a 65 gallon reef. It turns into about 750 gph when it comes up from the sump and out the nossels.

I have been offered two types of skimmers an Octopus nw150 and a EuroReef cs5-2. They are both about the same price Octopus $140 and EuroReef $150. Please help me to decide.
