Healthy mithrax crabs don't let you pick them up off a coral. They run and hide in rock crevices.

The JBJ ATO doesn't come with a pump - you plug yours into it. So, it would be as noisy as the pump you are using.
For mine, I have a microjet on it and it is silent.

Then, I added the koralia nano and I think its perfect. The nano actually says 265GPH on it.
