my cleaner shrimp stayed hidden for the first week we had him, now he is out all the time, I'm sure he is fine, hiding somewhere. :)

I've been told, and have read on numerous occasions, that if you start with tapwater you are bound to have algae problems. I've never read (that I recall) that tapwater is ok at ANY point in a marine...

Just got a new tank - 41" long, only to find it is fitted with 1 30w Triton bulb. I am assuming this is no good for a FOWLR...??? Assuming I need something to replace it, I have no idea what to buy....
