Yes I have an ASM G3. My high nitrates were one of the reasons I bought this skimmer. It works much better than either of my 2 previous units, but my nitrates are still at the same level.

Do live corals or inverts that have died add to the bio load or increase nitrate levels? I've done everything possible (except for the sugar trick) to get my nitrates down, but can't get them lower...
