Dead material deep inside rocks!!!! Help

I had a royal Gramma that suddenly dissapered scince the 6th and apperntly he's dead but I cant get him out of this huge peice of live rock and he's rotting my tank. I already did a 20% water change...

Swithced from 96w PC to 70w HQI, any unforseen affects?

I not really sure if there will be any changes in the aquarium rather than the asthetic changes. I will be able to put SPS in there right? I currently have a coloney of button polyps, a some shrooms....

whoa no no... sponges shouldnt be exposed to air or different water, it just might completly die then try increasing the flow and putting in micro plankton.
