I have small frags about 1/2 inch for 20-25 and large for 45 close to an inch in size. The color looks same as chads dont have a good pic

If the fish is eating and your water test out good i would not do a freshwater dip only use it as the last option.

I keep mine in high flow but it is at the bottom...
I keep mine in high flow but it is at the bottom of the tank mine was brown until i changed to 400 watt halides and now it is getting purple rim. If it is a wild colony they need alot of flow.

To get rid of bad algae i would break the frag...
To get rid of bad algae i would break the frag off and remount it to your rock but if it is growing good on the plug then you might not want to remount it. I dont qt but i dip and inspect it good.
