It depends on the anemone. The more healthy it is the less feeding. If its a bleach anemone then feeding 3x a week with good lightings would be best.

How old is your tank? Whats your lighting? Whats your water paraments? Anemone usually defaltes at night, but if your anemone is deflate for day/night for a long time then something is wrong/bad.

Forgot to add that some skunks also host in them. Skunks and clarks seems to be the ones that arent picky when it comes to anemones.

I had a GBTA with an emerald and there was never a problem. But ive heard of them eating leather corals. Every crab has a different personality though.

With a 75 you can house a pair of maroons or tomato. Those two are the hardest to pair. So its better to buy a pair or take risk and pairing them up. And ocellaris and percs are the less agressive...
